I’m not sure what the issue was, but I tried so many different brands of trout flies, and for the longest time I just could not catch any fish. For anyone who has invested money in the sport of fly fishing, they know how frustrating this could be. It almost doesn’t seem to be worth the effort when that happens.

It’s about more than catching fish of course; it’s relaxing and it’s a nice bonding experience for anyone you’re fishing with, but the overall end game is catching the actual fish. I don’t catch them to eat them. I catch and release, but there’s something really satisfying about it. Plus, it’s a lot of fun and it gives me something to brag to my family about when I get back. What more could you ask for?

I’ve tried so many brands of flies but I’ve just never had any consistency with the fish. Not until I found Trouts Fly Fishing. I went fly fishing with a friend from work, and I was venting to him about my problem. He offered to let me try his flies that he got from them. He had both euro nymphs and dry flies so I had the opportunity to try each, which was cool so I could see what would work best for me.

Strangely enough, I started catching fish consistently. I was amazed at the difference. It was clear that I had to order these for myself. The problem now was figuring out which one I preferred. My friend explained to me that I really didn’t need to make that choice; that I could order half and half. If I decided in the future that I liked one better than the other then I could always just do a full order of one.

They were both equally good for me, so I was happy I didn’t have to decide on just one. I went ahead and ordered the half and half order for myself, and an additional one for my friend as a thank you for introducing this company and these flies into my life. It’s amazing- I catch fish like nobody’s business on a regular basis now. These things really are quality products.

I’ve continued to order from Trouts Fly Fishing, which means I have had continued success with catching fish. My experience has improved tenfold, and I’m really excited about it. I get the full experience now whenever I go fly fishing. The investment overall has really paid off in a big way. I can’t recommend this company and their products more.
